Easter

I spent Easter down in Texas with Joel and his family this year. My idea was to make bunny rabbit finger puppets for Joel's six nieces and nephews. The plan should have been made a few weeks earlier because I ended up knitting five of them in the four days before Easter. :P The last one was finished just before running out the door to a lovely Easter dinner. The kids really did seem to like them, so it was worth it. Below are some of my favorite pictures from the day.

Mary Janes

Oh, look! A post. ;) Sorry I’m so sporadic about posting on my blog. (Seems like I say that a lot.) I’ve decided that my knitting blog is going to morph a little. I’d like it to be mostly about knitting, but then throw in some posts about my life as well. I’d like to share recipes on here also, so we will see how that goes. Maybe if I change it a little I’ll be able to post more frequently. Here a few pictures of the Mary Janes that I made. The yellow and brown pairs are baby size from 50 Baby Booties To Knit and the green ones are mine. The pattern came from Piddleloop should you care to purchase it. Thanks for modeling them Ally!
