Mushroom Moon Banner

After a lot of work on Joel's part my Etsy shop banner is up! I made it on linen first and then we took pictures of it. We were sad to find out that the size requirements for banners were so small and getting up there was going to be a big pain! Joel ended up remaking it in photo shop, and I'm very happy with out it turned out. I think it took Joel longer to fix than it did for me to embroider. :) It's sad that it isn't the "original", but I love it nonetheless. :)

Sunday in Griffith Park

This past weekend we (Joel, Graham, and I) headed down to Griffith Park. Inside the park, there are over 53 miles of trails, and a big observatory (what a beautiful view) on top of one of the mountains. After walking around the observatory we went for a short hike to see what the trails were like. I think we'll be going back this weekend to go on a a longer hike since we had such a lovely time this past Sunday.

The Shop is Open

Well I finally got around to finishing my Etsy shop. I started it back in November, but never got around to putting up things to sell. Anyway, on Sunday I officially opened my store. You can find it here . I was very thrilled on Monday when a seller from Virginia asked me if I would sew a custom order of 10 wallets for her to sell in a shop she has there. I'll be posting updates on my blog whenever I add new items to the shop. Below are some preview pictures, but click on the link to see the real deal. :)
