Chocolate Lava Cake

This is a post I should have put up last week. In honor of our recent delve into Netflix we decided to make a night of it when our first movie came. We've wanted to make lava cake for a long time, but hadn't gotten around to it yet. This seemed like a good time. We used a recipe from the Ghirardelli chocolate company, and they turned out really great. Surprisingly they weren't too heavy. We sat down with our oozing cake and watched "You Can't Take It With You." I had seen it once before, but no one else had. Dad liked it a lot and saw it a second time a few days later. After watching "Here Comes the Groom" in Minnesota, (It was so good, and you should all see it.) Mom decided that she wants to see all the Frank Capra movies, so we are going down the list. "A Hole in the Head" should arrive any day.

Those look wonderful! They're on my list of things to try, but I hadn't decided which of the 3 recipes I've seen to trust. Since you have a successful one, why don't you convince Naomi to put it up on the recipe blog and save me the experimentation? :-)
