Pincushions

Last week during sewing circle I tried a new pattern. I found a link to it off of a blog just as the ladies were getting here, and so I printed it out. (The fabric they used is so pretty!) We had everything I needed to make them on hand, and they went together rather quickly. They are both made out of scrape fabric from purses that I made awhile back. The fabric I used for the cover was leftovers from the pixies I sewed last week. (Pictures of them will come soon.) It's always good to find a use for the scraps, right? ;) They are two different sizes, and I should have put something next to them in the picture for scale. The light green one measures 2 3/4 inches across and the olive green one is 4 inches in diameter.
