Pew Bows

No, there isn't a picture, and yes, it took ALL day. (At least it seemed like it.) There were so many other wedding things that I should have tried harder to get to, but that is what tomorrow is for. There is a row of nicely fluffed pew bows hanging up in the basement now. Please don't smash them if you can help it. ;) They are made out of 4 yards of white, wired organza and 5 yards of tulle. Seriously, I had no idea how long they were going to take. The task was wrought with many frustrations and a sore hand from holding on to the ribbon so tight, but I am happy with how they turned out. There was banner stuff all over the floors downstairs, so I resorted to making them in my room while I listened to "Bella Tuscany". Books on tape are a good thing to have. I feel like I am getting to do some reading while I am doing other jobs. There are now little bits of tulle and ribbon all over my floor, but I don't care so long as they are done. YAY!!!
